By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of your brokerage, office, or employer (where applicable) to use the Service. By creating an Account, you confirm that you have authority to bind your organization to these Terms.
When you register an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your Account.
You must promptly notify us if you suspect any unauthorized use of your Account.
The Service may be provided on a subscription basis. Payment terms will be agreed in writing with your organization (currently by Wise transfer, and in future via online payment providers such as Stripe).
Unless otherwise agreed, subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable, except as required by law.
You may use the Service solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
Your Content: You and your organization retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service (e.g., property listings, videos, documents, open house attendee data). By uploading Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, and display that Content solely to provide the Service.
Our IP: The Service, its software, design, and all associated intellectual property are owned by us or our licensors. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes only.
Our use of Personal Data is governed by our Privacy Policy. You acknowledge that you are the data controller for personal data you input into the Service (e.g., leads, attendees) and that we act as your processor for such data.
We aim to provide a reliable Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may cause temporary interruptions.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or merchantability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with the Service shall be limited to the amount paid by your organization to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to liability.
We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
We may suspend or terminate your Account or access to the Service if you breach these Terms or use the Service unlawfully. You may terminate your Account by contacting us.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Certain provisions (e.g., intellectual property, liability, governing law) survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you (e.g., via email or in-app notice). Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
